Get to know the Doctor's of Pro Eyes Optometry

Dr. Mark C. Brown
Dr. Brown grew up in Hurricane, WV, he graduated from Hurricane High School in 1971. He attended and graduated from Marshall University with a degree in Zoology and Physics in 1976. He furthered his education at Southern College of Optometry and graduated in 1981. He has been a self-employed Optometrist since 1981 to present, he established Pro Eyes Optometry in 1993. His practice specialties include complete medical eye examinations, eye examinations for glasses and contact lenses, and examinations for pediatrics and geriatrics.

Dr. Arnold P. Tanguilig
Born in 1966, Arnold grew up in Charleston, WV. He graduated from George Washington High School in 1984. He attended and graduated from West Virginia University in 1992 majoring in Biology with a minor in business. He went on to obtain a degree in Optometry and has been working with Pro Eyes Optometry since 1993. He currently resides in Hurricane, WV.

Dr. Lonnie K. Lucas
A native of Lincoln county WV, he graduated from Harts High School in 199. Dr. Lucas attended West Virginia University and Marshall University where he graduated with a degree in Biology. He completed his optometric education at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2006. He joined Pro Eyes Optometry Assoc. in the fall of 2006. Dr. Lucas practices full scope optometry.

Dr. Jessica Cochran
Jessica grew up in Liberty, WV. She is the daughter of Vonda Cochran, and graduated from Poca High School in 1998. Dr. Cochran attended West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV where she was a member of the National Co-Ed Service Fraternity and Alpha Phi Omega. She is also a member of the EVWC collegiate 4-H club and continues attending Putnam County 4-H camp. She graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Physics and minors in biology and chemistry. Dr. Cochran traveled to Chicago, IL to attend the Illinois College of Optometry, during her attendance she was a member of the American Optometric Student Association and fellowship of Christian Optometrists. She graduated with her Optometry degree in 2006. Following graduation Dr. Cochran worked in the department of Ophthalmology at the University of Kentucky. She moved back to Liberty, WV the following year to be closer to her family and worked for Stephen Cassis M.D. in Charleston, WV. She joined Pro Eyes Optometry Assoc and works in the Hurricane and Barboursville locations.
